Almost 50 years ago David Lynch graced us with his debut work of art, Eraserhead. We discuss its impact and longevity it has had on the movie industry and how it has shaped other works of art.

Eraserhead is a 1977 American Indie written, directed, produced, and edited by David Lynch, Lynch also worked hard on creating the score, and engeneering the sound design for this movie. Spending a year to make sure it was exactly the way he wanted it. Eraserhead Stars Jack Nance, Charlotte Stewart, Jeanne Bates, Judith Anna Roberts, Laurel Near, and Jack Fisk, it tells the story of a man who is forced by society to get married and raise a child in an industrial city. The black and white color shows us that the world he lives in is void of any excitement. Can this father save his marriage and care for his son?
