Manju Shanmugam is a Fiscal Systems Manager at a large non-profit. His organization was in the middle of an ERP transition, but the new cloud-based ERP couldn't do everything they needed. Their IT team was lean and not focused on app development. So Manju started developing his own applications with very minimal coding experience.
