In this Art Alchemy Podcast we discuss ‘Carving Out Time’ for your Art.
Any artist at whatever level comes up against this
problem. Creativity needs time to
develop and we discuss the challenges that we all encounter whatever level we
are at.
From a very early age we are told we need to complete our
tasks prior to ‘playing’ and sometimes art can feel like playing… yes even when
it’s your job!
In this episode we discuss how we personally make time for
our creativity and how you can protect time by engaging in strategies such as utilizing small time increments, optimizing workspaces, setting goals, and engaging in 'artist dates' for inspiration.
Additionally, we talk about physical and mental aspects of art creation, covering issues such as space limitations,
establishing routines, and conquering creative blocks, all while balancing routine and innovation.
We believe that art is a great way to enhance mental well-being and productivity so why not make time for it?
