New Year, New You! We call bs on that one. We don’t wake up on January 1 of a new year after some fairy godmother waived her wand on us while we slept to make us this new better version of ourselves. Though that is a fabulous thought. How about we change the narrative to New Year, Better Choices? This week we are discussing all the things that come with a New Year. Do you make giant resolutions and goals but fall flat on those by February? We are over here raising our hands on that one. We decided this year to change the toxic thinking of this magic thought of New Year, New You! We are sorry (but not really) to break the news to you, but that is not a thing.
