This week is very special to us! Nikki shared her story for the first time. She has battled with endometriosis for 22 years. She was misdiagnosed with IBS is early teens and spent years in pain. When Nikki finally read about another women’s symptoms she said, “that’s me! This is what I have!”Now to find a doctor to listen to her become her next challenge. After years of suffering, and multiple doctors, Nikki finally had a diagnosis. Now to find a treatment plan that would work. Nikki tried everything possible to manage her symptoms and her pain. Finally June of 2021 Nikki made the hardest decision of her life. She scheduled her surgery to remove her uterus.
