Intentional – Done on purpose. Deliberate.This week we reflect on our conversation with Tish about taking intentional time for ourselves and building our own toolbox of tools we can reach for in our own lives when we need them.When we go through struggles, hard or stressful times so many of us don’t have the tools to choose an intentional or healthy way to cope. If we spend time working on ourselves and build our toolbox with the tools to cope before we need them, can be the difference between healing through journaling, meditating instead of eating all the foods and then hating ourselves or other unhealthy ways of coping.
