Tracey is awesome! After spending nearly ten years creating online courses and training for both higher education and corporate healthcare, she decided to take her show on the road and return to her entrepreneurial roots. She started my first business in the fourth grade.

She want to make sure that everyone who creates online training knows how to use learning theory and adult learner psychology to truly deliver the outcomes they are promising and that their audience is craving! She wants to make sure they know how to nurture engaged learners, use reinforcement and assessment, and utilize feedback to create raving fans who come back, again and again, wanting more!
