Blessing Oyeleye Adesiyan is an accomplished leader in the corporate, tech, and manufacturing world with a background in Chemical Engineering, where she honed her skills while spearheading operational, energy, and global business solutions for prestigious Fortune 100 companies such as PepsiCo, Cargill, DuPont, and BASF. Throughout her career, she has been a driving force behind the establishment of multiple employee resource groups, supporting parents and caregivers in the workplace.

Blessing is the Founder & CEO of Caring Bloc (formerly Mother Honestly), a group of companies dedicated to closing the care gap for women, working families, and economies globally through content, advocacy, and technology.

The Care Gap: Our content and editorial arm is focused on elevating the care conversation, pushing a new kind of culturally sensitive care narrative across homes, workplaces, and all facets of society. From redefining the roles of men at home to educating on the cost and challenges of care, our goal is to push for care equity globally.

She co-founded the CareForce and Chamber Of Mothers in the height of the pandemic, and sits on the board of Famtech.org, the leading platform for care innovators driving the $650BN care economy.

Blessing holds a BSc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, an MSc. in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Her dedication to making a positive difference in people's lives and her passion for transformative change continue to shape her remarkable journey.
