Most people do not have a solid sense of what their physical potential is, because they (us, as both Miles and I have experienced varying degrees of this) don't have a clear perception of what actions we are truly taking on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
We not only have fuzzy and unclear health objectives and processes, but we also have fuzzy and unclear visions of what we look like in the mirror, how many steps we take, how much we eat and sleep, and how hard (or easy) it might be to change.
