Level 2 is here which means back to work tomorrow, so thought I would do bit of an update of my 7-8 weeks during lock down.
The highs, the lows, lessons learned, things I missed, my highlights and a rant about "IS IT ALL WORTH IT" as a trainer/coach. An incomplete thought at this stage but something I had been pondering for a while now. Probably a good discussion topic with a few other health and fitness enthusiasts.
