This week I am joined by Adam Jones. He is a husband and father of two. He works as a Powerlifting and strength coach with Reactive Training Systems (RTS).

He has been coaching for more than a decade and has competed at the highest levels in the Sport of Powerlifting - representing both Australia and Singapore at the IPF World Championships.
