This week I am joined by Dr Matthew Barnes, an expert on the impacts of alcohol on recovery and performance, to discuss exactly that!

In this episode, we talk through Matt's studies related to how alcohol impacts recovery from exercise. This was the topic he completed his PhD in and something he has also written more about since (review article linked below). We had hoped to chat about recovery modalities in general, but we will get to that next time.
