In this episode I have a conversation with Sean Coleran. He is a husband and father of one.
Sean has the motto of "Improvement over Perfection" and we begin the episode discusssing the origin and application of that mindset. We chat about his story, covering his childhood and how he doesn't necessarily buy fully into the "chase your passions" idea.
