In this episode I provide you with an update of what has been going on in life for me. How I have been having to prioritise the important things. Essentially doing what I say when I talk about prioritising the big rocks.
During the second half of the episode (from ~7min) I discuss the training principles we've discussed previously in the newsletter. I use this longer form episode to dive into those a bit more. The five we talk about are specificity, overload, individuality, moderation and reversibility.
