In Episode 89, I’m joined by Jeff Hoehn, a husband and father of one. Jeff is a body recomposition health coach and host of The Mind Muscle Connection podcast.

I really enjoyed this chat. Since Jeff’s a new dad, we spent some time talking about how becoming a parent has shaped his approach to training and how he’s handled the challenges that come with those early days of fatherhood. We also covered the fundamentals of improving your body composition, focusing on the key principles - or “big rocks” - you need to nail down to create lasting change.
