Lou is a self employed chef that works from her home kitchen. She trained and qualified as a chef in Galway and spent many years in professional kitchens. A couple of years back she started sharing recipes to her social media channels and now works for food brands sharing recipes, images and videos to promote new products. She has hosted zoom cooking classes as well as private and in person cooking classes for adults and kids. Her focus has always been to help parents feed their families easy tasty home cooked food.
