With 12 year's experience working in the fitness industry, Lucy has helped thousands of women get fit and strong. Her latest venture Nu Me Collective supports women to look after themselves by incorporating all aspects of their lives. She wants women to feel empowered and in control, especially as they navigate the concerns and challenges that midlife and menopause can bring. Lucy is dedicated to providing education, empowerment and empathy to support and encourage women. Advocating a healthy, balanced approach to their nutrition and helping them to add consistent, manageable movement to their day-to-day routines. Life is for living and living it as healthily and as happily as we can.
