Join Emily as she shares the fall wellness habits she’s weaving into her own life to feel grounded, energized, and aligned this season. From adjusting nutrition to match seasonal shifts, to refining daily routines that support circadian rhythm, digestion, and stress resilience, Emily emphasizes how small, intentional practices create sustainable change. By leaning into fall’s natural rhythm of slowing down and nourishing deeply, these habits not only support physical health but also foster balance, consistency, and long-term well-being.
Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen and a Certified Pilates Instructor through AFPA. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
