Join Emily as she explores three different myths that impacted her wellness journey. Emily discusses each myth in detail to expose why it's problematic, how it took control of her health at one point in time, alternate perspectives in relation to each myth and more. Emily showcases how diet culture and the food industry promote these myths, how they become embedded in our wellness, and what to do about it.

Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is also a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBody Green. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
