Join Emily as she discusses spring cleaning! Emily spends time exploring how this time of year is the perfect time to get cleaning; cleaning your wellness habits, that is! Emily touches on how she plans to 'spring clean' her own habits and routines as we move into a new season and how you can do the same.

Emily is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a Certified Dietary Supplement Professional with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Emily is a Functional Nutrition Expert through MindBodyGreen and is working towards becoming a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, through FDN. Emily owns and operates Whole with Emily LLC, wherein she works with clients one on one within the space of holistic wellness, to support optimal physical and mental health. She believes that true health and feeling better means examining the intersection between physical and mental health and look at one's experience through this lens. Integration of nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and self care, gut health, mindset and more is the formula for a better quality life. Emily marries mindset with behavioral change in order to create the ultimate mind body connection and promote sustained change and a healthful balance within her work with clients.
