Ian and Johnny's guest today is George Crewe, an elite Obstacle Course Racer and Coach originally from the UK but now based in Dubai. He found his love for OCR from a chance meeting with a client in his corporate job. He then decided to embark on a worldwide tour of Spartan / OCR races and in the process cut his PB for 5km in half from 36 minutes to 18 minutes.
