I've spent the last 10 years exploring the connection between my mind and my body and have explored multiple different alternative therapies and modalities to help regulate my nervous system and work through layers of belief systems, conflict, and emotional pain. The modality that has changed my life the most has been BodyTalk. So much so, that I studied it, became a certified practitioner, and built a thriving wellness practice with hundreds of clients. In this episode, I share a bit about what BodyTalk is, how it works, and how it worked for me and many of my clients. I'm a firm believer that we require multiple different tools and tricks to help support our overall wellness.
