Shifting from decades of leading teams of 5-500, a Masters degree in Leadership and a lengthy corporate girl era, my coaching business - The West Collective, provides business owners with tools and support to increase their impact and bottom line with an emphasis on community building and purpose driven relationships. I am also the Co-Founder of an Arizona based membership community for female entrepreneurs and professionals called Collab Culture with one of my lifelong best friends.
I’m a wife, self proclaimed Queen of my tiny girl gang and raving fan of all things local/small business.
