How to get protein in, if you are vegan or vegetarian.

*Disclaimer- we are not doctors or dietitian's. We are speaking from anecdotal evidence. In saying that, Glen has worked in a medical industry for over 20 years, with specific focus in age care and longevity.

*Muscle protein synthesis (where your body absorbs protein to repair and grows muscle fibres) studies show it's at least 40-50 grams, new studies as of December 2023 shows it could be up to 100 grams. This is only based off one study.

*We do give a shout out to Bulk Nutrients, a Tasmania brand.

We have no sponsorship to the company, other than selling their products in the gym and we just recommend them/ their products.

*Correction- a full size chicken breast has more like 40g of protein. 100 grams of chicken breast has about 30 grams of protein.
