Description

So many dead. So many taken hostage. Seven prisons in the equatorial country have turned into fortified bases for organized crime, which is battling the legitimate government for control of the country. The shit started at Guayaquil when one of the most powerful narcotics bosses, Jose Adolfo Macias, aka "Fito", escaped.
