In Polk County Florida, an off-duty Correctional Officer saw a suspicious male near children waiting for the bus. The stranger grabbed an 11-year-old girl, kidnapping her. Cops run towards danger when others merely dial 911: he ran after him, rescued the girl, and performed an arrest until police arrived.
