Porfirio Duarte-Herrera escaped Southern Desert Correctional Center-- he was in there for bombing the Luxor Hotel and killin' a guy. He busted out with Suave lotion and a transducer, which you can just find lying around inside Nevada prisons like potions in Pokémon Blue. He hid in a partition of space-time, climbed 3 fences with some handy prison-issue escape gloves, and didn't get shot because he knew there ain't been a rifle in them towers for three years. Unlike that rifle, everybody's getting fired on this one!
