One of the major stated goals of the violent rioters at C.H.O.P. (Capital Hill Occupy Protest) was to "Defund The Seattle Police by 50% - Now!" Has this all gone too far????? (Yes, it has) And everyday citizens are not pleased with the Seattle City Council.
