For today's Silver Screen Sunday film, we check out 1945's Story Of G.I. Joe which follows Pulitzer Prize war correspondent Ernie Pyle as he travels with the C company during their liberation of Italy. The film stars Burgess Meredith, Robert Mitchum, Wally Cassell, and Jimmy Lloyd to name a few.
