The B word is so common now and I think it’s become way too much of an excuse to dodge the responsibility we owe ourselves and each other to communicate our needs, values, and standards.
In this episode I speak about:
-boundaries being used for improving connections and not severing them
-preventing resentment
-the discomfort that comes with the territory of boundary setting
-how boundaries don’t mean that we don’t care, in fact, the opposite: a way to show each other that we care but don’t want but too much give or take
