Breathwork Techniques:

- Lengthen your exhale

- Abdomen breathing (belly breathing)

- Breath focus

- Alternate nostril

- Lion's breath

- Netflix guided meditation

Action: Take 3 minutes a day to do a conscious breathing exercise.  Try doing this for a week and notice how it affects your mood, focus, and overall sense of calm.
