Dennis’s Bio is unique because it starts with how he wants to be remembered: “I am the most caring, loving and compassionate man you will ever meet. Everyone who meets me is left feeling encouraged, inspired and filled with hope. I am a great listener and sounding board to share ideas or problems with. My insight, discernment and wisdom are supernatural. It's as if God is whispering in my ear all the right questions, answers and insights you need, when you need them. I make you feel like you are the most important person in the room. My words and prayers bring healing to wounded hearts. I am being used as an instrument of transformation in lives all over the world. I am a Husband, Father, Grandfather, USAF Veteran, Friend, Mentor, and Coach. I make people thirsty to have more of God's Spirit, my everlasting fuel source! I love God, my family and people with a passion and zeal that is contagious. My mission is to WRING out all the potential in me and serve leaders in way to hear my Master say, "Well Done.”
He retired from the United States Air Force in 2015 after serving for 23-years in a senior consultant role impacting everything from unit level manning requirements, to prioritizing Presidential budget submissions and solving Congressional-level inquiries. He saved one of his organizations from a 500 position reduction which earned him a Major Award along with a best in the USAF runner-up award. Dennis thrives in solving problems and was known for his ability to train and supervise people who reached higher levels of productivity leading to their promotion.
Dennis transitioned into Leadership Coaching, getting certified with the Maxwell Leadership Team. He served on Maxwell Leadership Team Faculty mentoring new coaches and developing coaching/leadership curriculum used by all 45K members in 165 nations. He was also honored by being interviewed by John Maxwell on stage before an audience of 3500. He currently serves as an Adjunct Faculty Coach at the University of Denver coaching, teaching and mentoring leaders at all levels of leadership.
His love for, and style of leadership is a blend from all the wisdom gained in a lifetime of service as a husband, father, grandfather, pastor, military professional, business owner and University Faculty. His heart is to improve the leadership development from the beginning leader to C-Suite.
He holds a BS in Human Resource Management, MBA and also certified by Global Priority Solutions Specialist in Values-Based Leadership Roundtables, a transformational method of personal growth and leadership development that is impacting nations around the world and one He personally used as a member the first leadership transformation initiative in Paraguay, South America.
He enjoys running, reading, and watching professional sports.
He is married to Jamie LaRue, has three amazing grown children with five precious grandchildren.
