Today we’ll be reading a few of the channeled Emmanuel sessions by Pat Rodegast from her 1994 compilation entitled Emmanuel’s book III. We’ll be looking at three readings that focus specifically on despair, fear, and forgiveness.
As always, we will include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings which will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence.
