Today we’ll be reading once again from The Door of Everything, by Ruby Nelson, originally published in 1963. This is an obscure and truly unique little book that has added so much to my own personal spiritual growth.
We'll be looking at chapter 7, entitled The Ascension Attitudes, which comprise love, praise, and gratitude, But this time we'll focus specifically on gratitude. The ascension attitudes are essentially states of mind that if employed regularly help to raise our level of spiritual attunement.
As always, we will include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings which will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence.
