Today we’ll be reading from the 1974 book, Peace By Choice, based on the Edgar Cayce Readings. The author, Linda Gerber Quest, PhD., discusses the need to make peace a personal responsibility in one’s own life and not just a generalized wish for humanity.
Each podcast episode will also include the preparatory meditation attunement techniques suggested in the Edgar Cayce readings and will then be followed by a few minutes of meditative silence prior to closing readings .
