Description

Every holiday has its traditions, but December seems to carry the most weight.

Traditions are tricky because they often carry a lot of weight for people. It's easy to become nostalgic for what was and attach tremendous meaning to traditions to keep the past alive.

While traditions aren't inherently bad, they can be harmful to our mental health if we participate in them to fill a gap or void.

In this episode, Jason and Rachel chat about our experiences with traditions from our childhoods and how we navigate the holidays today.

Special Note: We're happy to announce that Jae is now the official co-host of TWWP, so let's all give him a warm welcome!
