Description

Perfectionism is often viewed as a positive trait, after all what's so wrong with wanting things to be just how you envision? Unfortunately, it can be a source of anxiety and a crippling flaw in our character. Are you a perfectionist like me? Addressing this flaw is not easy but it is necessary for us to move forward and to help us reduce fear, anxiety, and the debilitating attributes we've carried, sometimes, from our childhood. I'm no expert obviously, but the internet has provided some great knowledge, and hopefully some solutions for us to get started in this process. Join me as I delve into this daunting topic, and explore and work through our issues.
