EP 101! Silent Battles... sometimes you hear from me and sometimes you don't. Part of sharing my truth is being real about the silent battles internal and external I face on a day to day basis when i'm not proactive in my posts. Even during the times I take to myself I am so grateful for those who listen and reach out with kindness and support.
