On this week’s episode, I share with you a short, 5 minute meditation for the busy mum. Often as Mamas, the idea to sit and meditate and just “be” can seem daunting and put in the “too hard basket”.

So I wanted to create a meditation for you to plug into that was not only short enough that it didn’t feel like another “chore”, but would also have you feeling more grounded, at peace and rejuvenated to carry on with your day.
