I hope you all have had an amazing week. In this episode, we're focusing on the aspect of losing your identity. I was skeptical of releasing this episode initially but I believe there's an important message that needs to be heard.
What words do you use to define yourself? Are they positive or negative? What can you do to prevent yourself from having an identity crisis?
