Let's get political!
Elections cycles can bring big feels, we get it.
We also understand that a lot of times, we tend to let our views, whether they be "left" or "right" leaning, define us and the way we react to others who think differently. We've also noticed some Christian "gatekeeping" in the conservative party.
After what happened this past weekend with the assassination attempt of former U.S. president Donald J. Trump and the reactions that followed, we wanted to turn the conversation back to Jesus.
Some of the conversation may make you feel a bit uncomfy, but we urge you to listen to this episode with an open mind and remember that no matter how you identify politically, how you represent the gospel and show the love of Christ to those who think differently than you is crucial to moving forward as a country and community.
