In the first segment of "Time We Discuss" I look at what it's like to be
a Web Developer. I look at what it's like to be a freelance website
developer and how to get started as a website developer or get started
as a freelance developer. Hours per week are discussed along with
whether or not this particular position is prone to working "after
hours" and what that looks like.
I talk about the difference between a front-end developer, back-end
developer, and a full stack developer.
I talk about what general education is needed to begin a career as any
of those types of web developer (front-end, back-end, full stack). This
includes tradition college paths to become a website developer or even
how to transition into a role as a website developer as a second career.
After watching this video, you should have a general idea of what the
differences are between the different types of web developers and
whether or not this could be a good career choice for you.
