Dr. Curtis Henry is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Emory University. Dr. Henry received his BS from Florida A&M, his PhD from Wake Forest University, and did a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus before joining the faculty at Emory University in the Department of Pediatrics. He was also recently featured in a cell press article highlighting 100 inspiring black scientists in America. Today, Dr. Henry shares his journey, his wisdom, and his advice for success and happiness in a career in academic research.
