Dr. James Madara is the CEO and executive Vice-President of the American Medical Association. Dr. Madara began his career at Harvard, where he spent 22 years, later becoming the Chair of Pathology at Emory University, then the Dean of the Medical School and CEO of Hospitals at the University of Chicago, before joining the leadership at the AMA. Dr. Madara discusses his life, his views on leadership, and his legacy.
