In dieser Folge reden wir über Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP) und Post-Activation Performance Enhancement (PAPE) im Kraft- und Athletiktraining.

Wir befassen uns unter Anderem mit Complex Training, "French Contrast" & "Top-Satz und Backoff" als Möglichkeiten Potenzierungsmechanismen in die Trainingspraxis zu integrieren.
