You will imagine through a visualization exercise, what your loved ones would say at your life celebration. We will learn from two authors. Tyler Perry, in his book Higher is Waiting about the power of writing a letter of forgiveness to your younger self and we will explore how simply using the words “I forgive myself” from The Shack by William P. Young will help you to release the burden of suffering from your heart and mind.
