Description

In this extended episode the host explores the concept of Flow (aka Flow-state) pioneered by the Hungarian psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. There are five stages of Flow, and with the help of anecdotal truths, Josh describes the details of these for you to use as a template in your own lives.

The second example of flow, mentioned but not explored in the episode, is when Josh meditates he often loses the concept of time and as he opens his eyes he expects to have been there for hours whereas - in fact - it was only a matter of minutes.
