Description

Ty Jones is an IT guy in his day job, but he is also a bit of an explorer.  He shares with us his quest to visit the highest natural point in every state in the US.  Then for something completely different, he gives us a look inside the world of competition cubing.

Ty was inspired to visit the highest points in the US through an organization called the Hightpointers Club.  You can find out more about them at https://highpointers.org/

Make sure to stop by facebook.com/hearitshareit to see some photos of Ty on his high points.

When he decided to learn speed cubing, Ty used the Lars Petrus method, which is taught here: https://lar5.com/cube/, and he is a member of the World Cube Association.  See his profile at https://www.worldcubeassociation.org/persons/2017JONE15
