Not gonna lie — Blake’s a little biased since she just did her Level 2 there the week before 😏 BUT it truly was a powerful day. We dropped in for a hero WOD honoring one of their own, and even got to hear from a friend and pilot who knew the hero personally. 💔💪
Even with a large space and stacked class schedule (starting as early as 4AM 😱), we felt that small gym comfort we love so much. Whether you're looking for CrossFit for yourself, your kids, or even your parents — they’ve got it 🙌
