Hey guys, this episode was recommended by Chris Simmons, we will be going over who is Murph, What Murph is and how can we work it for ourselves. We go over a brief talk about Lt. Micheal P. Murphy and his Hero workout started in 2005 when his family reached out to CrossFit, this was also the same year he passed. This Hero WOD as grown so much in the CrossFit Community that there is a Murph Challenge that started in 2014. Now remember whether this is your first or your 50th Murph, you are doing this workout to keep fighting and keep pushing in honor of this person. We along will share our insight with the times and ways we have done Murph and also give you some options to think about.
